Peoples Health Provider Portal

The Peoples Health Provider Portal is a web-based application that allows providers to access Peoples Health plan member data quickly, easily and securely.

Providers can get important news and updates on the homepage, as well as use available tools to:

  • Verify member eligibility and benefit information
  • Review claims status, history and detail; generate reports and remittance advice
  • Submit and view authorizations
  • View treatment codes, member rosters, etc.
  • Get important news and updates on Peoples Health initiatives
  • Access an interactive Provider Reference Guide, which outlines Peoples Health plans, policies and procedures.
  • Reference and download the latest versions of Peoples Health forms, including the:
    • Medical Necessity Form, for procedures requiring prior authorization
    • Request for Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage Determination Form, for formulary or tiering exception requests and authorization requests
    • Provider Information Change Form, to update provider office demographic information
    • Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage, to notify patients of home health, skilled nursing facility service, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility or hospice termination (instructions for completing the form are also available)
    • Detailed Notice of Discharge, to notify patients of hospital service termination (instructions for completing the notice are also available)

You will receive an email after submitting your request, acknowledging that the request is under review. Prior to account activation, a representative from Peoples Health will contact you to offer guidance in completing the setup process, which includes signing and returning a confidentiality agreement.
