For services requiring prior authorization, submit an online authorization request through the Provider Portal at www.peopleshealth.com/providerportal.
For outpatient services and surgery authorization requests, call 1-877-346-5708. Outpatient services include home health, durable medical equipment, outpatient diagnostic procedures, outpatient therapy (including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy) and non-emergent ambulance services. Surgery includes prescheduled inpatient and outpatient surgeries. Choose from the following options:
