The QI team works to make sure your Peoples Health patients get the quality health care they deserve. Please be aware that we may use practitioner performance data for quality improvement activities.
At any time, you or your Peoples Health patients can ask us to send a written outline of our QI program. This document describes the measures we take to ensure our plan members get the best health care possible.

Continued participation in the Peoples Health provider network is dependent upon adherence to Quality Improvement and Medical Management Program requirements. Violation of these requirements could include sanctions up to and including termination from the provider network.
