We encourage members to first call member services with any complaints. We will try to resolve the complaint by phone. If the member does not wish to call (or calls and is not satisfied), the member can put the complaint in writing and send it to us. Or the member can submit an online grievance at www.peopleshealth.com/for-members/appeals-grievances/grievance-or-complaint.
If you want us to contact you in a certain way with information about any appeals or grievances involving your Peoples Health patients, send an email to phnappealsandgrievance@peopleshealth.com, include directions on how you would like to be contacted, such as via a specific telephone number or email address, and include the contact person’s full name and title if applicable.
